  • Any other experience that caused inconvenience or dissatisfaction

How to File a Grievance

We’ve made the process simple and transparent. You can file a grievance by:

    Our Resolution Process

    Once your grievance is received:

    • Our Grievance Officer will review your issue in detail.
    • We aim to resolve most concerns within 7–10 business days.
    • If further investigation is required, we will keep you updated throughout the process.
